Why does my yarn look different in person?
Every computer monitor or screen will display colors a bit differently. Therefore your yarn may look different screen to screen. We try to accurately capture the colors as close to what they are in person but they may show up different on your screen then ours.
I am not happy with my order, can I return it?
We currently do not accept returns, however if you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us and we can see what can be done.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Shipping, especially in Canada is simply expensive. We will try and ship your order as cost effectively as possible, but there is only so much we can do. We will also refund shipping overages of more then $2Cad.
Do you offer vacuum shipping?
YES! We can only vacuum ship up to 200g of yarn per shipment. If you want to order more then 200g you will have to place separate orders and they will ship independently. The only thing is vacuum shipping means NO TRACKING. So please keep that in mind. It is a much more affordable option however, especially if you are only buying 1 or 2 full skeins or a few half skeins.
Vacuum Shipping means NO TRACKING/NO INSURANCE. It is the same as sending regular mail. This means if the package never arrives We do not replace it as it is not insured. If you want a guaranteed delivery with insurance if it gets lost please choose regular shipping.
Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
Once we drop your package off at the post office it is literally out of our hands. The mail system is still moving quite slow so please be patient. If it has been drastically longer then expected please let us know and we will follow up on it.
I don't see a dyer/brand that I like, can you stock them?
If there is a dyer or brand of yarn that you would like to see us carry please reach out and let us know. We are here to bring you the yarns you want!
